The process of looking for a new house in this city is an interesting process. I am amazed that I am considering houses for up to $480 000. The math makes sense, but it still seems crazy.
The need is for four or more bedrooms - some of the space has to be available to use for our businesses. In my case that is not too hard, but for Sheila there are a lot more needs.
I feel it is important that the house is in the neighbourhood where the boys go to school. Roughly this means between Hwy 1/Douglas and the Gorge all the way out to Portage Inlet.
I thought the house at 209 Burnside Road E was perfect, but this morning the sold sign went up.
